Loyalty Points


As some of you will know, we have had a loyalty programme running since The Fitting Room has existed, right back in 2007. Since that time every customer was automatically eligible, we’ve never applied a time limit to accrue the 100 points required, and never had an expiry.

However, the last year with its business challenges made us re-assess how things work and we realised that to keep providing the fabulous, personalised service we’re famous for, and our beautiful bras and swimwear, we need to make a change. After much thought, we have decided to run down our current loyalty programme and give everyone who’s accrued a loyalty bonus plenty of time to claim it.

After notifying customers of the changes via our email newsletter on 23 August 2021, and further reminders in subsequent newsletters, we gave everyone until 31 October 2021 to accrue additional points and earn a bonus by reaching 100 points.
From then, we are giving anyone who has gained a loyalty bonus, a further 12 months until 31 October 2022 to claim it.

This document represents the Terms and Conditions of our Loyalty Programme as of 1 November 2021.
The Fitting Room reserves the right to change or vary all or any of the terms and conditions of the loyalty programme at any time. For up to date terms and conditions, loyalty members should refer to this page where the current terms and conditions will always be shown. A member will be deemed to have accepted any changes or variations by their continued enrolment in the programme.

Collecting Loyalty Points

As stated above, points collection ceased at close of business 31 October 2021. If you’re not sure how many points you have, please contact us and we will check your customer record.

Redeeming Loyalty Points

If you have ≥100 loyalty points, you can redeem up to $100 off your NEXT purchase, 1 point = $1 discount. If the purchase is less than $100, the remaining amount will be written off, and cannot be used for future purchases. Outstanding points after 31 October 2022 will be null and void.

If you had accrued less than 100 points by 31st October 2021, that is not sufficient to gain a loyalty bonus, so those points are null and void.

The discount can only be redeemed in store, by phone, by contacting us through our site, or via email at Let us know what style, size, and colour you would like to order and your postal address. Please include a contact telephone number, as we may need to contact you to process your order. Current postage and handling charges will be applied if we are posting your item(s). The loyalty discount cannot be redeemed by purchasing through our website.
Contact Us

If you need to return your item purchased with loyalty points, we will (at your request) either exchange it for an alternative item (with extra paid if necessary) or credit your Loyalty Points total. This can only be completed in store, by phone or by contacting us through our site or via email. Any ‘credited’ loyalty points total will expire 31 October 2022 and refunds or store credits will not be given. Loyalty points or free items cannot be exchanged for cash. In other matters regarding returns and exchanges, the normal The Fitting Room Terms and Conditions apply.

Members must redeem their loyalty points on their own account.

Any of the previous style of loyalty cards (the physical card held by the customer) are null and void as of 1 July 2016.

Above all, The Fitting Room is not responsible if the customer was not aware of their loyalty points balance and did not claim an eligible loyalty points bonus before 31 October 2022.
