Letter to our customers

As some of you will know, we have had a loyalty programme running since The Fitting Room has existed, right back in 2007. Since that time every customer was automatically eligible, we’ve never applied a time limit to accrue points, and never had an expiry. However, the last year has made us re-assess how things work and we have realised that in order to keep providing the fabulous personalised service we’re famous for, and our beautiful bras and swimwear, we need to make a change.

After much thought, we have decided to run down our current loyalty programme, and give everyone who’s accrued a loyalty bonus plenty of time to claim it. We are giving everyone until the 31st October 2021 to accrue additional points, and until the 31st October 2022 to use your loyalty bonus if you have gained it.

The Basics

From 23rd August 2021 we are running down our current loyalty programme.

If you have accrued over 100 loyalty points and therefore earned a bonus, there is no urgency. The bonus is available for you to use up until 31st October 2022.

Points will accrue from new purchases until 31st October 2021 and after that points will not accrue any more. If you have not reached 100 points at that date, any accumulated points will become null and void.

If you know you are close to reaching 100 loyalty points then we recommend coming in prior to 31st October and purchasing enough to earn your bonus. If you’re not sure how many points you have, please do contact us by email or phone and we will check your customer record to see where your points stand. It is your responsibility to check your points balance with us.

Please note:
• Any discounted or reduced items and breast prostheses do not earn loyalty points.
• Loyalty points cannot be redeemed online at this time. However you can arrange a purchase by email or phone, and we will apply the points.
• Online and in-store purchases both count towards your points balance. If you purchase online, just answer “yes” to the question “have you shopped with us before” and we will ensure your purchases go under your existing customer profile.

This document represents the Terms and Conditions of our Loyalty Scheme as at 23 August 2021.

The Fitting Room Loyalty Scheme is free of charge to join, happening automatically once you are entered into The Fitting Room customer database. The customer is under no obligation to redeem loyalty points.

It is a requirement of enrolling into the scheme that you provide The Fitting Room Ltd with your full name and one unique contact detail so you can be accurately identified to ensure all purchases are entered under the same person. If given, your email address will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be passed on to any third parties.

Once in the customer database, The Fitting Room will award customers 1 loyalty point for every $10 spent (on full price items – see below under 'Collecting Points' for further terms and conditions). When the loyalty points reach 100, the member is eligible for a discount up to $100 off their next purchase.

The Fitting Room reserves the right to refuse membership, to withdraw membership from individual members and to close the scheme to new members at any time.

The Fitting Room may withdraw the loyalty points awarded to a member in the event that the member incurs debts with The Fitting Room.

The Fitting Room reserves the right to change or vary all or any of the terms and conditions of the loyalty scheme at any time. For up to date terms and conditions, loyalty members should refer to this page where the current terms and conditions will always be shown. A member will be deemed to have accepted any changes or variations by their continued enrolment in the scheme.


Points collection will cease after 31st October 2021.

Up until 31st October 2021 points will be awarded for each full price eligible item purchased after the date of joining the scheme. Only items purchased at full price will qualify to add to your points value. Points will not be awarded for the purchase of reduced items, or for the purchase of breast prostheses. Points will not be awarded for any item which has been discounted for any reason.

Items purchased in all channels (shops, online or by phone or email order) will qualify for collecting points.

To qualify to collect points, items must be purchased on your own customer account.

Points are personal to the member and cannot be transferred to another person's account.

Any item which is returned for a refund or credit, for which points have been awarded, will be deducted from your points total.


After you reach 100 loyalty points, you can redeem up to $100 off your NEXT purchase. If the purchase is less than $100, the corresponding amount will be deducted, and any remaining points will be carried forward and counted towards the next loyalty discount.

Once you have reached 100 loyalty points and qualify to redeem them, this must be done by 31st October 2022. Any outstanding points after 31st October 2022 will be null and void.

Customers themselves bear responsibility to monitor when they have qualified for redeeming loyalty points, and to ensure they redeem them by 31st October 2022.

Any customer may phone or contact The Fitting Room at any time to check their loyalty points balance.

The discount can only be redeemed in store, by phone or by contacting us through our site or via email at [email protected] The loyalty discount cannot be redeemed on our online store at present. Let us know what bra, size and colour you would like to order and your postal address. Please include a contact telephone number in your email, as we may need to contact you to process your order. Current postage and handling charges will be applied if your loyalty discount is redeemed via phone or email order.

Loyalty points will not be given for items for which the loyalty points have been used to purchase.

If you need to return your item purchased with loyalty points, we will (at your request) either exchange it for an alternative item (with extra paid if necessary) or credit your Loyalty Points total. This can only be completed in store, by phone or by contacting us through our site or via email.

Loyalty points or free items cannot be exchanged for cash. In relation to returns and exchanges, the normal The Fitting Room Terms and Conditions apply.

Members must redeem their loyalty points on their own account.

Any of the previous style of loyalty cards (the physical card held by the customer) are null and void as of July 1 2016.

Above all, The Fitting Room is not responsible if the customer was not aware of their loyalty points balance and did not claim the loyalty points before the 31st October 2022.
