Partial Prostheses

Partial forms are used to restore symmetry between the left and right sides after 'partial' surgery e.g. a lumpectomy, or when a woman has natural asymmetry. Sometimes after reconstructive surgery, it may still be helpful to get a partial breast form to achieve better symmetry. Funding from Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand is often available in all these situations.
